Mission & Role
I joined CNF in July 2024 when the company represented one brand - The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. At the start of 2025, CWP transformed into CNF, launching two new brands: Serenova and Food Nutrition Partners.
This changed everything.

As the company's first in-house creator, I focused on building The 1:1 Diet brand through storytelling with real dieters. Collaborating across marketing, sales, PR, and HR, I produced diverse content—from our biggest convention to new product launches. Working with agencies and freelancers to lead projects has been incredibly rewarding.
We constantly launch new products requiring extensive content: teasers, ads, carousels, and photography. Initially challenging given my background with people rather than products, I've now launched 10+ products with 30+ assets and genuinely enjoy it. Discomfort breeds growth.

In January 2025, we launched Food Nutrition Partners, manufacturing products for other brands using our state-of-the-art factory.
Simultaneously, Serenova launched on International Women's Day, focusing on mental health through supplementation. Starting with Balance & Boost for menopause support, we added Rest & Renew in June for better sleep. We're creating educational content with award-winning sleep expert Kerry Davies, providing practical tips that genuinely work.
Managing three evolving brands presents challenges but accelerates learning. Each has distinct missions and audiences. Beyond social media, I create internal content connecting 180+ staff through announcements, updates, and event coverage.

The Age of AI
Managing content for three brands simultaneously made efficiency critical. With limited resources for outsourcing production, I needed to learn A.I quickly. Since then, nearly every product video—which would normally take weeks, a full studio, and significant budget—has been enhanced by rapidly evolving A.I software.

Beyond ChatGPT, we've leveraged Artlist.io and Midjourney. For me, this is an exciting time to be a creative. A.I isn't a threat—it's a tool to wield as you choose. There's an expanding arsenal of A.I capabilities, and it's up to us to select what serves us best. To overlook it is to overlook endless possibilities.
